Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands and a great holiday destination due to the fact that it is a major European cultural hotspot and has a little of everything to suit everybody’s needs.  From great shopping to lovely canals that intersect across the city to serious partying, to picture postcard perfect architecture the quaint but large city of Amsterdam is a traveller’s gem.

Some of the most popular activities within the city are the Lovers Canal Cruise, a Gondola ride, the Van Gogh Museum, a day at the Albert Cuyp street festival (largest in Amsterdam), and a visit to the Anne Frank House.
